Hi Trish,
No, you won’t need to set anything in SixBit. GSP was enabled on a per item basis, but the replacement EIS is enabled on a account basis, so all eligible Items should have it automatically when listing.

If it’s showing up when doing an update outside of SixBit, it would indicate something already set on the Listing. I think the only way to get rid of that warning would be to list it again. But since it’s a warning, you can ignore it.

Hi Kevin,
You can add a BCC email address to your contact information in you Seller Profile so any emails sent will be copied. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Entering_Your_Email_Information.htm
The default email templates included in SixBit can be sent Automatically once enabled in the Manage Emails window. The ones you’d want to use would either be payment acknowledgement or shipping notification. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Managing_Emails.htm The background task agent runs refreshes every 15 minutes and will send those out when necessary.

Hi Cass,
Open a support ticket either via the Support tab in SixBit or from the website and our team should be able to fix the issue.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
You should be able to export it to CSV and import it back into that field with Mapping. There is a Brand field used in the Item Identifiers, but usually the one that’s populated is part of the Ebay Item Specifics, so you’ll need to export the Item Specifics as a whole, and just import that one back into the Vendor field.

Hi Suzie,
Nothing at this time. If they do release an API, we would consider supporting it.

Do you have anything set in the Discount pricing tab for the Item? Using Strikethrough pricing options would cause this warning to show.

Hi Robert,
The Agent should refresh Orders every 15 minutes. Is the Refresh Orders Date current? If there is an issue it will retry from the old date every time, making the refreshes longer. Check File|Options|Refreshes|Refresh Dates tab.
Are there any errors in the Event log? The tabs that would show them would be User Activity, Automated Tasks and Program Errors. Program errors are shown if the option in File|Options|General|Support|Support Control is checked.
I would suggest opening a Support ticket, and our staff should be able to diagnose where the problem is. Either with a remote session or by examining your database.
Thanks,
John

To specify how you use the eBay custom label field:
From the File Menu button in the upper left, choose Options.
Select the Refreshes tab.
Choose a field under Mapping the eBay Custom Label Field.
Submissions and Revisions after that should send the SKU field to eBay.

Hi James,
Make sure you update to 658. That will fix the issue that was in 657.
Thanks,
John

These reports are generated directly from eBay API calls, so the data isn’t stored in the db. You can use the grid export to get the data in CSV f0rmat.

Hi Nabachandar,
Chris has you covered, using saved batch change definitions will help you define and later assign these in bulk. For new items, you can also set them in an Item Template and use that to populate the dimensions on Item creation.
John Manning, Senior Developer
You can add them in the Item Window or via Batch Change, CSV, or Batch Edit.
https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Adding_Weight_and_Dimensions_to_an_Item.htm
We haven’t been able to track down the eBay change that requires these today as others are reporting, but adding them to the Item will fix the issue. They are normally required for Calculated Shipping, Ebay International Shipping, and Rate tables if they’re used with an Item.

Hi Ryan,
You’ll need the Allocation plans in the Enterprise Edition for the automatic revision once inventory changes. Otherwise after you add inventory to Items, you’ll need to update the QtyToList on the Listing record and revise manually.
Variation Items are an exception as they revise automatically to keep the various quantities in sync with the site for each variation.

We don’t have support to send these files directly, but it’s on our feature request list to be included.
