Hi Albertine,
The number at the top is the OrderID-SiteOrderID combination. The OrderID is the SixBit Order ID shown in the grid and the primary key for searching. Shipments have their own ShipmentID numbers to keep track of multiple shipments in an Order. SiteOrderID is the new universal OrderID eBay is using for Buyer/Seller communication. If you want that to show on the Packing list instead, you can add it as an additional field or edit the existing OrderID source from Fields.OrderID to Fields.SiteOrderID. That would go the same for the Barcode, but since the barcode is used for searching in the Grid, you may want to leave that as OrderID.

The ItemID referenced in the eBay revise message is the eBay ItemID, or ecommerceID in SixBit. This would only be present on Listings that were scheduled on eBay. We’ll take a look at this, as it shouldn’t be calling a Revise at all for Listings scheduled in SixBit. If you’d like to submit your database, I can look directly at the Listings in question determine the cause of problem.
Thanks,
John

Here are some of the features of the Home and Hobby version:
Additionally, if you grow and need the features of the the Enterprise editions to list on multiple channels, it will scale up seamlessly.

There really isn’t an option for us. We can’t rely on an old email to still be valid, so we need to store the current email address returned from eBay, anonymized or not, as the way to contact the Buyer. If you want to keep old emails, you can make a database backup or use a CSV export to save them for later reference.

Yes, if they are the same actual Location. The next Orders you create and then combine should work correctly once you set the Items to the same Origin Location. You would need to recreate any existing Orders and recombine if you want them be in a single shipment. You can also leave them as is if you have any information you don’t want to lose on a recreate.

Hi Alan,
Depending on the version, there are quite a few features not available in Seller Hub. For small sellers, Seller Hub can be a perfectly viable option.
Here’s some of the breakdowns between SixBit editions, along with the options to list on Etsy and Shopify along with eBay in the Enterprise Duo and Max Editions.

Are the Origin Templates the same on the Orders or Items before the combine? If they are different, they will be broken into multiple shipments as they would come from different locations.

Are pictures otherwise showing on that computer? Depending on the location of the external pictures, the new computer might need to have a shared directory set. It’s also possible you may need to rebuild the thumbnails to get those files created from the main pictures. If that doesn’t work, open a support ticket and support should be able to track down the picture location issue.
How were the Orders combined? If they came in from eBay with different tracking information, they would have been put into different shipments. If you’re combining locally, make sure you upgrade to the latest full release, as there has been some updates with that functionality. 4.00.145 or later.

We’ll fix the batch edit to allow the value to be saved. FVF is only used for eBay now, but we can allow you to save values for Etsy Orders.

Hi Steven,
We’ve identified some slowness with the automatic spell checking, so we are looking to make it option to improve performance. The next version, 4.00.144 should address this and we expect to have it out today.

Hi Andy,
With Managed Payments enabled, we can no longer send Payment methods, so they are removed from the UI.

With a few exceptions, most Revisions won’t sync down from eBay, revisions should be pushed from SixBit. We are working on a manual sync function to correct sync that way, but it won’t be automatic. The issue is that Listings are tied to their Item record, and that Item record can be tied to other listings. You may have a fixed price listing and an auction listing on eBay, another listing on Etsy or Shopify, so we don’t want to affect any of those other listings by changing an existing Item record.
The only way to get a fully synced import from eBay now, would be to delete the Item record and reimport from Ebay. You would lose any previous Listings or Sales tied to that Item in SixBit, but it’s the only way to guarantee you match what eBay has.
So, if you’re making revisions, make them in SixBit and let the program send them to eBay as B.A. mentioned.
Thanks,
John

Hi Mark,
1. Make sure the Item has an allocation plan set in the Shopify tab in the Item Window, and then add inventory to the Item. It should allocate within a minute if there is an out of stock listing for Shopify.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the description to open the WYSIWYG editor.
3. If you have matching SKUs or Titles, after importing from both sites, there should a Listing record for each site, but tied to one Item record with shared inventory. The Allocation plans control how you want to auto adjust inventory after Sales and apply cross site. You can also merge Items that didn’t merge automatically if they didn’t match on SKU/Title.
