Hi Timothy,
Have you contacted eBay support about this? It looks like there is an issue with the way they are, or in this case aren’t, creating thumbnails from your Item pictures.

Hi Katrine,
Do you use Allocation Plans? If the inventory was correct after the sale in SixBit, that should have ended the Listing. Also, in Options, Inventory, which option is selected for Insufficient Inventory? Make sure it’s not the “Create a purchase record…” option. If that’s not it, open a ticket with support and we’ll be able to follow up with you directly.
Thanks,

It can be set when postage is printed from SixBit or pulled back in on an eBay refresh. If you didn’t set one and used the “Mark as Shipped” button, it would take the current date/time and set that to the field.

Hi Chris,
Did you open a ticket with support? They should be able to fix any scan form issue. If you’re rolling back, you would need a database backup prior to the upgrade. Once upgraded, a database may not be compatible with an older version. Support can help with the rollback if the issue can’t be easily fixed, but it’s best to be on the full release as eBay mandates changes that will only be supported in those newer versions.

Thanks, Jeff! Hope you had a successful Holiday selling season, and we’re planning more improvements to SixBit in the new year.

Once you update to the latest version, 4.00.149, you shouldn’t see this warning anymore, but it is OK to ignore it.

The Listings are likely too old to be included in the time period for the Refresh All call. Select them all in the grid, and use the Refresh Selected Listings. If it can’t find them on eBay, it should move them to completed for you, leaving you with only Running Listings in the view.

Hi Emily,
You should be able to click through that warning message and restore the database. If you still see it popping up, try restarting SixBit.
If that doesn’t fix it, open a support ticket from the website and the support staff will be able to connect and address the issue.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
Looks like we only used these to exclude Items from unlisted views, not prevent submissions.
John Manning, Senior Developer
They should prevent listing on the site if disabled. We’ll take a look at it.
Thanks,

Hi Edward,
In the Check Listings grid, there is a column called “Watchers” that should show you how many are watching your Listings. We don’t have access to everyone that viewed, and not their email unless they actually buy it. But as far as reducing the price by a percentage, you can use the Batch Change function in Check Listings to decrement the price. You can save a Batch Change for future use so you won’t have to recreate it every time.

Thanks, Robert. This should be fixed for 4.00.182.

It might be possible to pull from the summary if they are synced in our db, but are you including these in your listings? This info should all be included in the Shipping tab on the eBay page.
John Manning, Senior Developer
No, these are only pulled from presets. If you had previous presets assigned to these Items, it would still reflect those, but won’t necessarily be the same as the policy details.

Hi Alexander,
You can use either an Item Folder or create an Item Workflow substatus in Previously Listed. I would recommend the substatus, so you can still use the folders for non-workflow uses later.
First, create the substatus by right clicking on the Previously Listed Status, choosing “Add” and give the substatus a name, like “Out of Stock” or “Awaiting Restock”. Now that the substatus is created, go to the Check Listings Mode and select your OOS listings in the grid, right click and “Goto Items for these Listings” which will take you to the associated Items. You can select them all and drag them into the substatus from there. Now, go back to Check Listings, select your Listings and use the “Cancel” toolbar button to end them in bulk. They should move to the Completed Listings status, but now the Items are grouped in the Substatus where you can list them again once they are restocked.
Before doing the whole batch, try it with a couple to make sure everything is working as you expect.
