It’s only used to track where the Actual Shipping Cost was sourced from for SixBit. With Selling manager source calls going away, we’ll probably reduce those two options to just “eBay”.

Hi Mike,
Is this on the 4.00.149 version? The latest 4.00.202 version has a different control for view pictures in the Item window.

Hi Kevin,
You need to use the SalesDetails block to get access to the Sale level fields. SKU and SaleDescription are included in that and the child block of SalesDetailLineItem. We don’t include it at the Order level, as it would only resolve to the first SKU in the Order, this block will resolve all Sale Items contained in the Order.

Hi Katrine,
This should be fixed in the latest hotfix, 4.00.202.

Hi Karen,
On the website while logged in, go to the Support area and open a ticket directly. The support team will be able to set up a remote session and get you started again.
Thanks,

Hi Bob,
We’re working on a step through guide to upgrading for users on the older SQL versions, and we currently use both 2017 and 2019 here. I would suggest opening a support ticket and we can help get you upgraded with a remote session to prevent any disruption.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
Hi DJ,
Did you watch the video guides on the TL migration? I’ll attach the link to the three part TL video playlist from our instructional videos. You can skip the first one regarding download and setup, but the other two in the playlist should help with some of the migration usability issues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UEku3zx8Ws&list=PL8fA-yGQ82KNte9ujIRp2pF-mNSWj1y1-

If you create shipping presets, you can assign them by name with batch change to a group of Items or Listings. You can add them either in the Manage Shipping Presets window, or directly from the Edit Item window in the Shipping tab. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Managing_Presets.htm#
By default an Item will use a “Manual” preset, meaning it is unique to that Item. If you save those settings and give the preset a name, it can be applied to more than one Item or Listing.

Hi Greg,
This will be available in the next beta, 4.00.185 or later, and should be out Monday.

Create a new Awaiting Upload list and assign them to that. Since these aren’t substatuses like in Under Construction, the same Item can be in multiple lists if that’s what you need. Once an Item is listed from the current list, and is no other lists, the Item will change to Previously Listed status from Awaiting Upload.

Hi Bob,
That should be the way to update them. Are they all in the same category? If you have multiple categories, you’ll need to scroll through each category in the Item specifics tab and set the Item Specific for each unique category.

Hi Mike,
It sounds like you created the Wrapper, but is it selected on the tab labeled “Description Wrapper” on the Edit Item Window? That is where you select your named Wrappers to use with that Item in a Preview. You won’t insert a [[Test]] variable into the description, that would be for a field name, snippet, Item Specific or Custom field. A wrapper works in combination with the Description, which is why you saw the [[Description]] field inside it.
Also, make sure you are using the “Check Item” preview from the Item Window or the “Preview” button from the Grid view. If you’re editing a Description itself in the HTML editor, it will only preview the HTML inside that Description, not the Wrapper + Description combination.

The TL Starter Edition shares most of the features of Home and Hobby with the exception of custom fields and statuses. The Small Business edition adds more customization and automatic features. Make sure if you upgrade your subscription you restart SixBit, so the new features will be unlocked.
Here’s a breakdown of the features in the other SixBit subscription levels. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/pricing/

Hi Terry,
Not in the preset, but you can specify a different rate by creating a domestic eBay Rate Table in your My Ebay shipping preferences. Once that is created, run the File|Sync Aux. Data function from SixBit to bring it in, and it will be able to be selected on your presets.
https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Rate_Tables_and_Promotional_Shipping.htm
You can skip step 3, the authorization is already done.

Hi Albertine,
Have you opened a ticket with support for this issue? We’ll have to look at the specific combine to determine the issue. The postal code shouldn’t be related, but we would like to replicate the Variable problem with that address.
