Not sure how well that would work, as package size is in the shipping preset and the dimensions are on the Item. Could you create Batch change Definitions that applied a preset and set a dimension at the same time? Or starting each new Dinner plate with an Item Template could have those set already.

Cody,
They should still be scheduled in the database.
Tom,
Could you open a support ticket via the website? Support may need to check your installation.
Thanks,
John

This issue should be fixed in the latest beta version, 4.00.235 or later.
John Manning, Senior Developer
The fix for this issue is now released. You can download 4.00.210 from the support page of the website. If you’re using a beta, the latest version will be 4.00.235: https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/download/Beta/Install-SixBit-4.00.235.exe
Thank you for your patience.

The most requested site currently is Walmart, so we may start on that integration later this year. We have a few other eBay changes we need to accommodate first, but that would be next.

Hi Pam,
The Small Business version will work with eBay or Etsy, but you are limited to one. The first version to use both simultaneously is the Enterprise Duo version. This will handle listing the same inventory across two sites and update or end listings based on the available quantity.
John Manning, Senior Developer
No, it never garnered much interest. We still take feature requests directly via our board.

You’re welcome.

Hi Sharon,
I’m not seeing the issue here with my tests, could you open a ticket so we can track this down?
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
Could you open a support ticket? We’ll want to run some tests and check the logs to identify the slowdown in the beta.
Thanks,

Hi Mike,
Just a clarification, Qty to List is the quantity that will be used to create a listing, not a reflection of the inventory available. That would be the Quantity available field. The Sell Items views should contain filters that show Items with Qty Available, and unlisted on eBay. You should also be able to new views using the Advanced Search functionality to limit to those with Qty available.
As Timothy mentioned, some of the inventory tracking functionality isn’t enabled for TL Starter or Home and Hobby editions. The program will assume if you list an Item with Qty to List of 1 and you don’t have inventory added due to that limitation, that it will automatically increase the Inventory count on hand by 1 to cover it. If you are on the Small Business and above versions, you’ll be able to adjust inventory manually and have the program prompt or block submissions that haven’t had inventory quantities added.

Hi Elizabeth,
An upgrade won’t remove data, but your path to the database may have reverted to a default one. The database should still be there intact. Open a support ticket and we should be able to get you squared away with a remote session.

Yes, with the recent changes on eBay if you don’t provide a VAT percent for SixBit to send to eBay, they will tack it on at a default rate. You can add it to an Item template and create all of your new items from that so it will be set automatically, or set it on each Item.

Hi Michael,
We’re currently reworking the Promoted Listings functionality and it should be released in a beta. We’ll announce when it’s out for testing prior to the full release, probably within a month or two.

Hi Mike,
The setting in File|Options|Refreshes, Refreshing tab, “When refreshing, automatically create new items…” controls whether Items are pulled in with an automatic refresh. This also applies to Orders on your account, if an Order comes in, no Listing and Item exists in SixBit, it will be created for you.
