How are you changing the profile? CSV file, batch change, or one at a time? It shouldn’t change that field unless it was in either a saved batch change definition, a CSV file or a CSV saved mapping.

Hi Taylor,
You can print up Inventory labels in SixBit and use the Pick lists and/or Packing Lists to fulfill your orders with barcodes. These are generated from the unique SKUs for each Item, and can be customized to also include location information. Pick Lists are grouped by location to speed up picking.
Check out the User’s Guide and if you have any questions, open a support ticket and we should be able to get you working.

Hi Jolly,
You can select the “eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards up to $20” as a Shipping Service when editing or creating Shipping Presets. If you use Business Policies, these would need to be edited on the eBay site.

Still awaiting fix on eBay’s end. As soon as they fix it, it should work automatically with the current builds of SixBit, so you shouldn’t need to upgrade.

Check the Duplication Options and make sure the Description field is one of the ones checked. It should have been done by default, but it sounds like it didn’t get set in your database.

Bam,
In your example with the muti-select Item Specific, you’ll need to click the Add button next to it after selecting the value. It will keep a running list of selections above it, like eBay does in SYI. This change was done to improve the speed of the multi-select combobox we previously used.

Check the categories you are listing to and make sure you run the File}Refresh|Sync Aux Data function. We’ve recently seen quite a few Item Specifics issues when the category has changed and eBay didn’t provide us with the automatic mapping information. We don’t remove the obsolete categories as they are tied to your items, but are working on some functionality to spot them more easily when eBay drops the category without remapping, so you can change them before submitting.
The most recent categories affected are listed here , but you can also check the SYI form on the site.

Baseball Cards | ID: 213
All listings are being moved into [Trading Card Singles – 261328].After 13 May: As a result of this category change, existing item specifics are likely to change. Please update your listings with the new item specifics after the category changes for optimal visibility.

Hi Bob,
I haven’t been able to reproduce this with the latest version, 4.00.301. Try upgrading to that version and let us know if you still see the issue.
Thanks,

Refresh will pull data from eBay. If you’re adding new stock, you can do that in SixBit by right clicking the Variation SKU in the Edit Item Window. Once added, you can go to Check Listings mode, select the running Listing and “Revise|Send Revisions to Site” to update the quantity on eBay. Adding stock via a CSV file to a variation should also update running listings automatically.

Structured Data Support(sdsupport@ebay.com) handles any inaccurate catalog issues.

Should be a good conditionID value of 4000 for Very Good. Try the check item function and see if ebay provides further detail. It may be a false main error with some details in Check Item pointing to the actual issue.

The ticket with eBay is still showing “Awaiting Bug Fix” for the label costs.
Cynthia,
It should be ok as long as the accounts used in one database are different from the other. Since it’s separate machines, each agent should be updating each db. If the accounts are shared, that could lead to inventory issues.

Could you open a ticket with support? They’ll need to check your Order information returned from the eBay API to resolve this.

Just the fix for duplication that was listed in 246. We’ll get the notes updated.
