Hi Bob,
Is your agent currently working, doing automatic refreshes every 15 minutes and pulling in new Orders? If the Agent is hung, it would affect the custom duration functionality. Restarting it, or the computer itself should reset it. Could you open a support ticket through the program? Our support staff may need a remote session to diagnose this, but there shouldn’t have been any recent changes to affect this functionality.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
This will be restored in the next beta, v. 4.00.383 or later.

Hi Owen,
To use multi-channel support with SixBit you do need the allocation plan functionality only available in the Enterprise Editions. The Duo version adds the second site functionality. Since we don’t use a SKU or Order level pricing model, we tried to price these as fairly as possible. For larger sellers, the additional sites, mostly Shopify and Amazon, are considered a bargain compared to competitors. But for lower volume sellers, who primarily focus on eBay and Etsy as their channels, the price will be higher in relation to Sales. We’ll discuss this here and see if we can come up with a better option for you.
In the meantime, if you select the Etsy option and unselect the eBay option in your Options screenshot(you are allowed 1 Site based on your subscription), make sure you check the option to “Leave Listings in Running…” or all your eBay listings will be moved to ended in the program. You’ll want to keep them in Running for when you enable Ebay again and disable Etsy. If you have any further questions about this option, open a support ticket and we’ll be glad to help.
Thanks,
John

We’ll get Site Order ID into an upcoming beta. No word from eBay on a fix for the cost issue.

Inserting an html break should do the trick. <br>

Hi Derick,
I don’t see this field as available through the API with the call we are using to refresh Orders.

If you were doing fixed priced listings, it could be done with a single Variation listing. But for Auctions you can create one Item and use the Custom Duplication function in Sell Items to choose which fields to carry over and the # of copies you’ll need. Once done, you can submit all the Items at once, or schedule them to list spaced apart. If you need help setting it up, open a support ticket from the program and we’ll be able to help via a remote session.

In File|Options|Creating Items|Category/Item Specifics tab you can choose to only show Required and/or Recommended Item Specifics and omit the Optional ones in SixBit.

It should. Usually the approval process is within 24 hours, but we’ve seen up to a week in testing before an approval.

Have you tried submitting a video on additional items? The processing step is just waiting on approval from eBay to attach it to the listing.

Should be updated now if you restart SixBit.

The latest round will be required on Feb. 22, 2022. https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing-and-marketing/item-specifics.html#2022-requirements
I would expect to see violation warnings in January, after the holiday season.

In the Item window, they should be in the Recommended area, and the tooltip should indicate that they are soon to be required. Ebay may flag any running with “At Risk” listing violations, so the running listings should show up on the dashboard and in the listings violations view. There isn’t a direct search for IS that are soon to be required, but any category shown in the Spring/Fall updates is searchable, and they can be set in bulk with batch change.

We’ll look into adding the webcam settings controller to SixBit.
Thanks,

We’ll take a look at incorporating these in a future beta.
