I’m bewildered how this issue isn’t exploding up here….and why SB support hasn’t addressed it.
    Is nobody using it?

John? Can I get a little love here?

Yes, that’s when I started seeing SQLServer having a hard time starting, too, when I upgraded to Windows 10.
Even tho you can’t manually get the agent started, is SB having issues? I’m thinking in your case, perhaps SB will start the agent, as needed.

    What Gary said….
And, I too prefer the old forum.

First, I’d go over to eBay and try and remove the best offer on one.
That will tell you right away if the issue is with EB or SB.

I see this happen quite a bit.
    Can you manually start it?
That seems to always work for me.
After a reboot, don’t start SB right away. I give windows and SQLServer a good 10 minutes to get their act together, before starting SB.

    I really agree, Bob.
When I’m looking to buy new SW, one of the first things I look at is their public forum.
That tells me what issues real users are having, what’s good, and what’s bad.
An awkward, non-standard, forum, certainly doesn’t help future buyers.

Somewhat related to this, I just posted an answer in a thread and then got lost in the corn trying to get back to look at new postings. I ended up having to go all the way back to the SixBit home page and start all over by selecting Discussions. It’s just screwy how it works.

    I know, I know.
I love SB, and this forum is such an important part of helping it succeed..but damn, this forum software sux.

The date in your screen shot is the date of the original post, the threads themselves are actually sorted by the last activity date.

Shouldn’t that last activity date be shown for clarity?
I’d say it’s a bit more important, when sorting, then seeing the original post date….

I used to create dashboards like this for a living.
    With full drill down capabilities.
The power of these dashboards is tremendous.
I wish I had more time, to create some dashboards for the community, via the API, as nobody better than I realize how helpful they can be….

It seems to me that forum participation is way down since the new forum was implemented. I know I don’t come here much any more.

I hate coming here, because of the interface.
    So much wasted white space.
    Choppy scrolling.
Awkward to move around, due to unfamiliar interface….non standard.
Gotta log back in, each and every time.

Ugh….. feelings of eBay forum deja vu…… One quick way to kill forums is to change them… nobody ever learns………

I so agree, Gary. And I so hate the forum software they’ve chosen….

You’re going to have to open a ticket then, as this isn’t a widespread issue.

Have you looked closely at the 3 it’s not finding?
Does that give you any clue?
    Are they variation listings?

Drenton, what was the ultimate resolve to this?
