In addition, I’d like those arrows moved. Because they are on the far right of the window, and because they don’t move if we reduce the width of that window, we cannot bring that right window border in…or it cuts off the arrows.

Upon further inspection, it looks like SB may be adding one extra day to all “Latest Ship Date”, to all orders.
From what I’m seeing, if folks ship on that Latest Ship Date, all their orders will be flagged by Amazon as “Shipped Late”.

Support….please confirm. I’m hoping I’m incorrect.

I’m kinda hoping that SB does make a dup of all the pix, in its own folder, so that I only have 1 place to go, to see and edit any/all of my SB images.

I wasn’t looking to save space. I also ran into a duplicate items issue.

SB had made a bunch of duplicate items in my database, and I was trying to clean them up.
It was becoming such a chore, I thot to myself “Hey Self….just delete all the darn items, and reimport them. That way you’ll get accurate info into the database”. Then, boom, all my sales history was gone.

You’ve indeed found a bug.
I haven’t deleted any Etsy categories yet, so haven’t tried this.
Opening a ticket is the only way to get this on their plate, and get personal notification of a fix.

Well, I tried changing the SKU on the running Etsy listing within SB, and the change won’t stick. So, even tho SB lets us change the sku from the running grid, clicking Revise doesn’t revise it….so that didn’t work.

I’m still stumped on this question.

I’ll see if I can explain my issue:

I have Item A that is listed on EB and AZ. I see this item in the Item grid, and when I ask SB to show me the running listings, it shows me 2….the EB and the AZ listing. All looks fine.

This product is also running on Etsy, but with a totally seperate item record….Item B.
How do I get this Etsy listing connected to Item A, so that all 3 listings are connected to the same Item record?

I believe SB connects listings to items, by looking for matching SKU’s.
Is it as simple as going to the running Etsy listing, and changing the SKU to match the SKU from Item A ?

To refresh your Etsy store categories, click the main menu, and then select Refresh / Sync Aux Data

I just realized that if I go to the Items grid, I can change the SKU.
So, I’ve changed the SKU to match the SKU on AZ.

Do I have to do a re-import of all AZ items, in order for SB to see that this item is running on AZ?

Assume we are listing on all 3 sites.
Assume we create our first listing on AZ, and then the other 2.
In doing so, it’s natural that we would upload all of our listing images, to AZ….thus we must do that from Amazon.

Then, after SB imports that AZ item, we can then post it to EB and Etsy…..but, we have to upload all our images again, into SB, because SB didn’t grab them from AZ.

See the extra work?

And, if we’re listing to AZ, as well as at least 1 other site, it’s easier to keep all the listing records tied to the item records, if the AZ listing is created first….since EB and Etsy listings can be created from SB.

I went to the SB Running grid. R-clicked the row, and selected Refresh.
The title from Etsy, came in.
I think that means the answer to my question is “Yes”.
