Thanks for your reply. Ive tried both in the item window and Manage Presets Window,  both the same. I think Ive attached an image, not sure, first time Ive tried that. Shipping Rate Tables and Combined Shipping Discounts check boxes all greyed out. Ive even tried setting up a new preset and it is exactly the same. Ive tried ‘re-synching’ auxiliary data, no change. Im sure Ive just done something wrong somewhere, but I cant think what Ive done to cause it.

Thats a brilliant idea. Ive always used GTC listings anyway, but would be so handy to be able to weed out listings that have been on too long.

Tried the old trick of shutting down and re-starting and now all sorted, back to normal.

Ive now removed the tagline via ebay, but subsequently revising the item again using sixbit puts the tagline back in again.

Hi. Ive had a message from ebay warning me that some of my listings dont comply. I discovered it was the tagline issue, so I upgraded sixbit, revised everything and thought I had changed all of them, but maybe some slipped through. There are only 6 that have showed up, but Ive tried revising and sending submissions to site, but it still doesnt clear the tagline. I will have to do it using the edit function in Ebay itself.
