It appears that version 3.00.297 – resolved all issues brought up in this post and we are no longer seeing the initial delay! Thanks for fixing promptly.
Thanks. Testing now. Let you know soon.
John,
Just to confirm, are you working on fixing the missing item specifics info as well? As mentioned in earlier post not only is there a delay, but also the issue of item specifics info not displaying and if we are to revise a running listing it clears out the specifics from database.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED (3.00.296) – All old items are missing the information that we normally had in item specifics (brand, MPN, UPC etc…) if you revise the listing, it clears out that information. That now means that we can’t revise any eBay listings until this issue is resolved as otherwise we will lose all item specifics information for that item currently stored in the database.
Also noticed that when open the item edit page at first the page shows the #1500 in condition and after around 5 seconds finally shows the correct condition. It’s as if it is making a connection to the database or eBay to pull the information.
One of the things we have noticed is running account refresh (seller preferences, dashboard, shipping policy, tax table, themes, categories etc…) seems to be taking significantly longer than normally. Not sure if it’s something with eBay or latest changes etc…
Build 3.00.296 appears to have fixed the issue. We will report back if we notice any further issues.
Build 276 so far seems to have resolved Amazon issues. Will continue to test and report if any more issues. Thanks Sixbit team.
It fixed eBay but now Amazon is broken. No updates getting through to Amazon.
Amazon items are collecting in submission errors again with the same msg as previously reported “Invalid Content was found starting with element ‘MerchantShippingGroupName’. Also force allocate does not appear to update Amazon qty. Perhaps due to this issue.
Something strange going on with this build 3.00.275. It’s started relisting previously removed listings, we normally set allocation to none whenever we end a listing to prevent it from relisting on its own through allocation. Also Amazon running listings started transferring to submission pending status, then transferring to submission errors status and have a message “Invalid Content was found starting with element ‘MerchantShippingGroupName’. One of ‘title’ is expected. For listings that we removed ended for allocation shows none for eBay but Amazon shows as manual even though we had set it to none when they were removed.
version 3.00.274 did not solve the problem.
When we try to do force allocation for eBay items qty. does not update. Error message shows: “Exception:Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source”.
I had the ticket submitted since yesterday and have yet to hear a response. Hopefully you are right.
Is there any updates as to when these bugs will be resolved?
This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed ASAP as allocation is not working properly thus inventory is not in sync.
