Folks do not upgrade to build 3.01.030 or 3.01.031 eBay Global Shipping orders will break. Orders will no longer show accurate order total, payment information, ship date or delivery date. We’ve reported to Sixbit team and currently waiting on solution and update.

John version 3.00.397 seems to have finally resolved the memory leak issue. I have not received any more reports from users. But on a separate note please make x64 bit client a priority. If code is updated to x64 bit connections to DB will be much faster and greatly improve the performance as well as overall user experience.

Our users are also continuing to see the out of memory error with build .396 and crashes.

I’m finding that my whole computer slows down after SixBit has been running a few hours. I have to close SixBit to restore performance. I’m running .395.

I’ve been in communication with Sixbit support, they are aware that memory leak issue has not been resolved as of this version and are working to fix it. We are having same issue as you are.

Memory leak continues in build .395. Users reporting that when using program for several hours, performing item edits, etc…. eventually program crashes, and needs to be restarted. This can be seen when operating application for approximately 5+ hours and performing 20 to 30 various item edits.

From what we are seeing latest build 3.00.394 is definitely much better than 3.00.393 but overall builds prior such as 3.00.380 seemed to be faster. If in any possible would be great to see additional resources spent on improving performance further.

Hi Todd,

I am not seeing memory errors messages pop up but see my post about performance issues experienced with latest build .393. Something is definitely off. Other user also seems to have similar experience. Perhaps your seeing same thing. Please post your experience on the post I placed as I am going to reach out to Sixbit to review if everyone is seeing same issue.
