Build 4.00.136 seems to have improved things in comparison to build 4.00.135, however overall experience has become much worse than builds released a month back. Essentially since the moment you started making changes that are in relation to eBay tracking# upload when marking as shipped. Currently with build 4.00.136 sometimes tracking # is uploaded quickly, while at other times there is a slow down and progress window stays on screen for significant amount of time.
just upgraded to 4.00.136 will report if issues persist.
Received response from support team and currently communicating through ticket.
Has anyone from Sixbit been able to review above request and respond. Based on our review of Amazon policies the way Sixbit application was designed to handle Amazon data may not be in compliance and all Sixbit users are at risk of losing their developer access.
We started having same issue recently and after doing as you suggested the issue seems to have been resolved. Is there an expected down side to this option being turned off in options that could affect mobile sales?
Issue appears to be resolved thank you.
Sixbit support team was able to reproduce this problem and currently working to fix.
Is anyone else facing the same problem with this latest build? On client stations running older builds submission works so it appears to be related specifically to this latest build.
Looks like latest build 4.00.013 is working well, some of the issues with pricing not updating on Amazon appear to have been also resolved.
We are also seeing issues with program locking up. Here is what users have been reporting:
Biggest issue is that it hangs
in all kinds of screens, sometimes windows do not open, list of all running
items don’t show up, just hangs, prices and condition on amazon don’t change,
have to do it few times.

John, is there any update on when this issue will be fixed. I just did the process as you described to upgrade to version 4.00.012 and ultimately it forces us having to re-enter SQL database credentials on new install. This in turn will create a nightmare having to go through each client station to do uninstall and reinstall as the users at those stations don’t have SQL credentials. Please release a FIX as this has been ongoing since 4.00.003 and now after update to latest build unless we do this long manual approach we won’t have means to have users continue working. Please advise.
B.A. Murry – Just to clarify, we are an IT company with in house programmers, not an avg. beginner user. Reboot is not the issue at hand but thanks for the suggestion. I am looking for response from John Manning to confirm. I am 99% certain client software is making connections not just the agent which is odd. We saw similar issues in the past when eBay API was down and software completely stopped functioning. I was hopeful it got resolved but seems like perhaps thats not the case.

eBay Feedback revision issue appears to be eBay bug hopefully will be fixed soon.
New build resolved issue.
