Therein lies another problem John. We are having a database backup issue, attached is a screen shot from our attempted database submission. I’ve checked the path and permissions and for the life of me can’t figure it out. A friend of ours who’s a little more savvy is coming by over the weekend to have a look. I started a support ticket about this and a couple of other issues two days ago.
