Thanks, John. I’ve gotten the backed up database to load, and to the best of my abilities, set all my SixBit profile info to match with my ebay seller account (including authorizing SixBit to access that account on ebay with ID and password). However, when I click “check listings,” it is showing old data (7121 listings running), although there are actually no active listings currently on ebay. When I click refresh (Refresh All Listings), it seems to perform the action, but does not change the totals. Where might the issue be?

I’ve now progressed to the point where I’m getting the Database Version Mismatch error when I try to restore from the backup. The backup was made a few months ago, but definitely this year. Is there a way around this version mismatch issue?
