Yes, I have the same issue resulting in constant ebay violations, I have just opened a ticket on this.

I played around with this some more and now I’ve SOLVED IT! 😀

The problem is that the database works in a completely linear fashion, so you can’t ‘jump’ any steps.

What you have to do are the following 4 steps, all in Bulk Edit mode:

    1. Allow Best Offer – change to – True

press ‘OK’ and run the edit

    2. Auto Decline Best Offer – Change to – True

press ‘OK’ and run the edit

    3. Auto Decline Best Offer Value Type – Change to – Percent

press ‘OK’ and run the edit

    4. Auto Decline Best Offer percent – Change to – 75.00 (for example)

press ‘OK’ and run the edit

After completing all 4 steps it works!

The problem of course is that this is cumbersome and extremely time consuming. In my case, with 4,300 active listings to edit, working on a 30 MB broadband line, each of the 4 steps will take me approx. 6-7 hours to complete = total worktime min. 24 hours for what should be a fairly simple edit.

Logical thinking would suggest it would be enough to simply run the 4th step, but clearly that is not possible. Maybe something for the Sixbit team to look into?

I just double-checked this. I ran steps 1-4 again in bulk edit. When checking the edits, they haven’t taken hold. The ‘best Offer’ box is checked but ‘Auto Decline Offers’ remains unchecked. I have to manually check this box and then change the line in the dropdown box.

Obviously it is not possible to bulk edit this. Is there any way?

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I already did steps 1-4 yesterday on all of my active listings (+4,000). It took about 7 hours to process this edit to all my live listings. Unfortunately it didn’t work, this morning I woke up to more unwanted lowball offers, well below 75% of the asking price.

The one step I didn’t do yesterday was this:

“5. Now, when you open one of your items which you just changed, you will see that on your “Fixed Price” block make sure that the “Accept best offer” box is checked. Also make sure that the Auto decline offers” box is now checked and then change the box immediately below to “Percent”. You will now see your 75% listed.”

I did check some listings of course, all of them had the ‘Accept Best offer’ box checked, none of them had the ‘Auto Decline Offers’ one checked after my edit.

What you write here seems to suggest that I have to open each single item up manually and change the settings, which is basically an impossible task with +4,000 listings (+ another 30,000 waiting in the database).

Isn’t there a way to actually do this: “Also make sure that the Auto decline offers” box is now checked and then change the box immediately below to “Percent” in bulk?

I’m having a similar problem. I’ve been working on this for 3 days, still can’t get Sixbit to synch with ebay.

    Ebay says 3,887 active listings

    Sixbit says 3,717 active listings

I’ve done everything I can think of + all the suggestions in this thread.

    Any other ideas?

I’ve had about 150 item removed from ebay because of duplicate listings, so I am very afraid to list anything no! Imopossible to avoid when they won’t synch up…

    Running version 3.00.244
