Hi John,
How odd. Mine shows the buyers email address and username, but not their actual name. This is once the order has been paid and is in the Ship Orders > In Process screen. It’s not a change for me – it has always been this way for me “out of the box”. I’d be very interested to see what I need to change to have it work as normal.

I agree with the feedback regarding the categorization process. The target is too small and takes more time than ideal. Templates help speed this process up though if I sell multitudes in that category.

I’d like the ability to set up SixBit to print automatically multiple listing labels when the listing has multiple quantities.

While this may seem an odd reply, you can click on “Labels”, “Inventory Labels with Preview” and then change the number of copies that you are needing.

Thank you Todd, this is my workaround for the meantime. SixBit is automating so many steps of my business, I’m hopeful we can remove that step.

Go to File > Manage > Profile > and click the pencil edit button to edit your address. You can have more than one if you ship from multiple locations.

If you do have multiple locations, choose the location the item will be sent from on the “Organization” tab of the item creation window.If you are on the default layout, this is next to the Identifiers tab near the top-middle.

I don’t have such problem. I have templates, which are not fully categorized. See the screenshot enclosed.

That’s interesting, and promising! When I save a template as such, each detail remains except the categorization unless that template was fully categorized. I will try again and see what result I have. It’s something I’ve been wanting for a while now.
