    John,
Thank you for your reply. I think it might be an eBay is slow issue. We do not wait for the agent to update. We have always just pulled up the active listing # and hit refresh selected. Normally SB would update the listing (which still works) and pull the sale in. Now some of the time SB does not pull the sale in and even hitting refresh all sales doesn’t pull it in either so we retry in a few minutes and then it will come in. It is not all the time, it is just not how it used to work. It is not a big deal so I won’t open a ticket unless it gets worse. Thanks Robert

Yes, the agent is running. It doesn’t do it every time but most of the time.

I never use the save and exit unless I am just editing. The “move to” option is the way to go. If you are finished with the item just move it to the “awaiting upload” folder.  The 19.99 version of SB does have the custom fields. I would take a look at using them. Depending on what your listing they might come in handy.

You can use the “move to” option to the left of save/save & exit/cancel to save the item to the folder you want like “awaiting upload”

Also, one trick I have used when importing items is to create a custom field named “imported” and have all of that batch have the same tag in that field like batch #1 or batch #2. You can also have a folder for just those items.

Yes, but a quick search would be faster.

Not the item grid but the quick search box up top.

Very odd. I have tried those exact tags and they never worked before. They do work now so I am happy.

Yes but unless you guys changed it you can’t include ebay item specifics as a variable in the wrapper.
So if you want have your wrapper to display the brand /model you have to put them in the Product Brand and Product ID fields.
So I have to either list with the UPC and revise the item with brand/model using SB or upload UPC’S using file exchange.
would be nice if SB could do it in one shot.

    Update:
Since ebay https issue update it looks like you can no longer use the <div style="visibility: hidden" to hide your mobile description on the desk top view.
It looks like it will cause the "see full item description" button to come up.
I am working on it to see if I can get it to work.
If you have updated all your http: to https: AND are using the hidden in your mobile and you are still getting the "full item…" that is why!
    UGH!!!

I am not having this issue however if you open event log then click “clear log” (lower left corner) it should delete all those errors.

Yes ebay has a delay before updating the summary but i have not seen it go more then 5 minutes. Odd it would take so long.
    FYI.
I have been playing with this stupid tag and noticed an problem.
The text is “hidden” but it still takes up space on the page so it moves everything down.
However it looks like the tag can go anywhere in the html and still work.
I have been trying putting the code lower in the html so the blank lines do do screw up anything.
    Looks like it works.
Also depending on how much you want to put in the summary you may want to have an custom field for it. No need to go in to the html that way.
    Good luck and happy selling!
