During submission to eBay, the user gets a "[21919219] You must accept the terms and conditions for automatic payment method that will be used to pay any charges related to selling and buyer reimbursements.." error.
Background:
eBay requires users to agree to their automatic payment terms and conditions.
Cause:
This message is coming directly from eBay. You have not accepted their terms and conditions for automatic payments or their conditions have recently changed and you need to reaccept the terms.
Solution:
If you can't find the source of the problem in my eBay, try to log into your eBay.com account and click the 'Sell' tab at the top and just run through the steps to make a dummy listing. If eBay has any requirements they want you to fulfill before you can list more items, they will prompt you for this information in the process of creating a new listing. Also, you can try revising an existing listing and you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions.
