Symptom:
Images appear to upload to the FTP space, but when checking on them, they have a size of 0kb.
Cause:
Your FTP userid / password and host settings are correct, but when trying to send files, the host site is refusing the upload because your "Passive" FTP setting is incorrect.
Solution:
On the Profile, under Picture Host Settings, go to the Advanced tab and check "Use a passive connection", then try the upload again.
