Viewing the Knowledgebase

The Knowledgebase is a repository of SixBit related articles and responses to frequently asked questions (FAQ's).  

To view the Knowledgebase:

1. Login to the SixBit account.
2. Select Knowledgebase from the Support drop down on the header navigation bar. .

3. Select a category to see all the topics in that category or choose an article from the Most Popular Articles list.

4. Search for related terms using the Search button.
