Submitting Second Chance Offers

Second Chance Offers can be used to give a non-winning bidder a chance to buy the item at the price equal to their last bid.  Second Chance Offers can be made up to 60 days after the auction ends.  Submitting a Second Chance Offer is free, and if the buyer accepts the seller aill pay a final value fee.  

 

You can use Second Chance Offers when:

  • Your winning bidder didn’t pay and you canceled the order
  • Your reserve price wasn’t met
  • You have more of the same item available for sale

 

To submit a Second Chance Offer, in SixBit go to the Check Listings mode and into the Completed status.  Select the ended auction and right-click Submit Second Chance Offer
